We are looking to add to our growing fleet diligent OTR Company Drivers (W-2) with a CDL and at least 1 - 2 years experience driving trucks.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport freights between various locations and over long distances
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Perform truck inspections before and after each trip to ensure all is in good working order.
• Input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations
• Notify dispatcher and customer of any delay that may affect on time delivery.

Requirements

• Class A drivers license
• No violations. Clean MVR
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL- A Experience
• No DUI's
• Proven work experience as a truck driver
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment.
• Ability to drive a full DOT clock
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Excellent problem solving skills, Ability to comprehend easily, Effective communication skills

Pay Rate

Company Driver

• Earn up to 52 - 55 CPM
• Up to 3300 Bi- weekly
• Up to 3000 Average Weekly Miles
• Our trucks come with good speed. (65 on Break ; 75 on cruise)
• All trucks are properly inspected and are in good standing.
