Objective: The Warehouse Manager will increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy and OSHA, DOT and other applicable regulations.

Job Duties:

• Lead, manage, and supervise warehouse and delivery associates to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions
• Continually improve warehouse performance in the areas of efficiency, productivity, daily workflow, inventory handling & control, and quality assurance
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure that the correct product arrives at the right place, at the right time, in a professional and efficient manner
• Instill a mindset of customer focus among subordinates
• Direct staff actions to best match labor supply with operational requirements
• Oversee an aggressive and thorough cycle counting program
• Develop and analyze reports and develop new policies, procedures, and methods that improve operational efficiency

• Supervise and schedule maintenance of company delivery vehicles and equipment; maintain a preventive maintenance program to keep equipment in good working order
• Maintain the security and appearance of warehouse and grounds
• Other duties as assigned
