Position Details:

You Will:

• Use production, safety, quality, cycle time, financial and other key metrics to analyze performance and identify process variations or exceptions resulting in lower-than-expected performance and communicate issues to leadership
• Support Distribution Center wide projects and help ensure all deliverables are completed on time
• Create a welcoming workplace fostering positive team member experiences by developing engagement and recognition programs and ensuring all team members are treated fairly and with respect
• Manage the development process for salaried supervisors, including interviewing and training, assigning, and directing work, supporting development goals, recognition and performance management
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma principles
• Emphasize training and implement audit systems to eliminate process variation or discrepancies and to ensure compliance with Company, and other governmental agencies (e.g. OSHA, DOT, and EPA)

You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations or equivalent experience
• 3+ management experiences with increasing responsibility in a customer order fulfillment environment.
• Ability to lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 lbs. and possibly up to 75 lbs. may be needed
