The restoration project manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are: customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to the ultimate success on all projects. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing exactimate.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processes through administration department.
• Maintain written communication with clients, crew, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times

Position Requirements

• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in cleaning/restoration mandatory
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred, Xactimate® experience
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to travel locally and out of state if necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
