The Summer Internship Program provides students with a work experience to give a realistic exposure to an organizational public sector environment and provides students seeking careers in the water or wastewater industry an opportunity to enhance their academic background. This position runs from May through August, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities : This position works at both the water and wastewater laboratories providing basic chemistry analyses, general housekeeping, and data entry.

Requirements : Must be at least 18 years of age, possess high school diploma, and be currently enrolled in a BS or Master’s degree program with major in in science or engineering or a related field with a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Laboratory experience preferred but not required; self-motivation and strong attention to detail required.
