Website Designer/Marketing and Brand Designer

THE ROLE
You will establish and expand the organizations as a world-class brand. Partnering with the Social Media and Content Creator and Website and Marketing Content Writer

Your focus will be to create stunning designs that express the brand through client and public-facing communications. This includes marketing communications, our website, events, social media, and internal materials. Your day-to-day focuses will balance developing concepts, and systems for scale, and executing designs to completion.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Core responsibility — Define the organizations brand expression and establish it across all touch points (public, client, and internal).
• Create — Energize the Organization with creativity and craft at every touchpoint.
• Brand — Synthesize and express the brand in shape, color, typography, layout, motion, etc.
• Systems — Establish styles and systems needed to coherently scale brand expression.
• Scale — Empower teams with easy-to-use templates for repeated-use collateral.
• Focus and prioritize — Clarify the user, business, and team needs for each design challenge. Proactively prioritize, set goals, and align with stakeholders.
• Execute — Design concepts, seek feedback, and execute revisions through to completion.
• Collaborate — Build relationships with other teams to learn and align on effective designs.
• Art direction — Create structure and provide direction for illustrators and agencies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Brand design — Experience creating beautiful brands and the systems to help them scale.
• Portfolio — Showcase passion for stunning aesthetics and design problem solving abilities.
• Tools — Expert in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and motion design tools.
• Communication — Excellent ability to explain design decisions in words and writing.
• Critique — Actively seek, interpret, and implement feedback into your design work.
• Growth — Active appreciation and learning in the world of design is part of your life.
• Education — Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience- A minimum of 6+ years.

JOB DUTIES:

• Email - Design and produce premium-branded, customer-focused emails. Develop expertise in balancing healthcare info and hearing outcomes with gorgeous design that raises the bar on brand.
• Print - Direct mail, brochures, posters, in-box inserts.
• Presentation decks - Produce engaging presentations for internal stakeholders such as our clinical and new business teams.
• Banner ads - Develop digital banner ads in various sizes to market products and promotions.
• Social media - Develop monthly creative for Instagram and Facebook.
• Digital asset management - Develop and maintain a cloud-based digital asset library.
• Video - Editing, motion graphics, and production for social media, how-to videos, and the website is preferred
• Video and photo shoots - Possess a solid production mindset and an understanding of set, cameras, and lighting; in addition, the ability to maintain, pack and lug gear and assist on set is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a creative role; at least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably as an in-house designer.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or other relevant fields.
• Experience developing digital assets for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• A portfolio / reel of visual assets showcasing skills in design, layout, typography, motion graphics and animation with sharp attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
