We’re looking for a part time and a full time sales associate that has clothing/boutique experience along with food and wine knowledge. Someone who is energetic, fashion-forward and has great attention to detail.

Brasswood Bottle Shop + Boutique is a women's clothing boutique with a Napa Valley twist. In our bottle shop we feature some of Brasswood’s custom crush wine labels along with hand selected local spirits. Our boutique has a wide variety of seasonal appropriate and brand recognizable clothing, hand selected jewelry and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on new trends and product knowledge to better assist your customer
• Welcoming and engaging when customers walk through the doors
• Able to build relationships with your customers by knowing their preferred brands/styles, following up on purchases, contacting them when new arrivals of their style hit the store
• Able to set and attain sales goals
• Daily tasks include but are not limited to merchandising the floor and window displays, restock, store maintenance, assist customers in the dressing room and able to preform opening/closing tasks

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic about fashion, trends and styling customers
• Ability to work with a team and independently at times
• Comprehensive understanding of all store products
• Advanced customer service skills
• Familiarity with retail POS systems
• Basic knowledge of food, wine and the Napa Valley
• Ability to upsell
• Must be able to work weekends
• 21+ preferred
• Food + Wine knowledge is a plus
