StoneBridge Community Church is a non denominational church in O' Fallon, Missouri. We are looking for a part-time Worship Director to design & direct the weekly worship experience utilizing both music & multi-media to create a setting that speaks to the hearts & minds of those attending StoneBridge. Specific responsibilities include:

Ø Overseeing the selection and arrangement of music for Sunday services & special events.

Ø Recruiting and developing the worship team including vocalists, instrumentalists, and A/V.

Ø Providing training and mentorship to the Student Worship Team.

Ø Collaborating with the pastor and guest speakers to integrate worship with the message/teaching themes thereby enhancing the service.

Character Traits/Qualities

Ø Vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Ø Proficient in vocal or musical ability.

Ø Ability to lead and administrate teams of people.

Ø Knowledge of worship music and ability to plan services in a creative & meaningful manner.

Relational Connections

Ø Relates to the senior pastor on matters of worship & employment.

Ø Model an exemplary Christian life as set forth in I Timothy 4:6-16 & Galatians 5:16-26

Ø Participate in SBCC events apart from Sunday morning.

Ø Loyalty to the leadership and direction of SBCC.

Ø Adherence to the doctrinal statement and core values of SBCC.

Stonebridge Community Church is also looking for a part-time youth pastor. The two positions can be combined if the candidate possess prior experience as a worship leader and youth pastor.
