Clerical duties include but are not limited to processing department mail, answering multiline phone system and responding to email and fax inquiries.

They work closely with UAB's multiple simulation labs to develop training, facilitate research, and implement positive change.

Develop, implement and maintain an adequate personnel record filing system that meets the needs of the facility and complies with current employment practice.

It would also include coordinating email and social media marketing. Responsibilities would include developing, scheduling, and marketing events.
