The Account Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of the company’s business development and marketing plan, as well as the end-to-end customer experience. S/he is accountable for the growth, development, and diversification of the customer base.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Participate as a management team member in strategic planning, organizational development, and problem-solving
  
• Track, evaluate, and report on departmental performance metrics
  
• Oversee estimating efforts through the direct management of the Estimating Engineer, providing feedback and direction based on customer communication
  
• Respond to incoming leads and develop the existing customer base
  

• Manages the customer experience from quote to ship, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  
• Responds to customer concerns; Liaises with internal staff to expedite and resolve customer issues
  

• Attend trade shows and networking events to develop relationships and partnerships with customers, OEMs, and resellers

• 
  You have a proven sales background (3-5 years) in the aerospace industry and experience with new business development in a business-to-business market
  
• Having previous supervisory experience, you are team-oriented with excellent leadership skills
  
• You have experience with providing exceptional account management, ensuring customer satisfaction
  
• You are proficient with using and implementing CRM systems
  
• Communicate effectively and professionally both in person and by email
  
• You are goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
