Abts Equipment LLC is actively looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to add to our growing team in the dairy/manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to, matching invoices to purchase orders, data entry and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). Key Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:

• Reconcile statements with computer records
• Perform general accounting tasks
• Assist accounts payable with vendor invoices and disbursement filing
• Accounts Payable matching and filing
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Code documents using the proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes
• Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Billing experience highly desired
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (A/P)
• Spreadsheet and ERP experience recommended
• Accounting Knowledge Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
