Our company has an excellent track record of acquiring and managing self-storage properties in multiple states and regions. Our promise to our clients is to rocket their cash flow with zero hassle. Our ideal B2B Sales Representative has a proven record of driving revenue growth by bringing new business clients (at least 4 consecutive years).

• Prospecting through outreach emails, cold-calls, and Face-to-face meetings.
• Deliver beneficial & convincing presentations to prospective business clients.
• Building a pipeline and consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
• Experience in the self-storage industry is a strong plus.

Total compensation:

• Competitive base salary
• Lucrative commission program
• 4 weeks of paid vacation plus paid holidays
• First year expected to compensation to be 100K - 120K with uncapped potential for much more depending on number of deals secured.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
