About us
Green Acre is a café and lunch concept in the La Jolla-UTC area sitting on the Alexandria Point campus, overlooking canyon slots and surrounded by our organic garden.
We are excited to announce open BARISTA positions on our team as we continue to grow in business levels. The baristas are a core position in our day-to-day service, as they are the cashiers for breakfast and lunch and produce smoothies, iced tea and other beverage items.
We pride ourselves on our high standard of service approach, the local and onsite food sourcing in the products we offer and our team-oriented work environment.
Every day, we use our own blend of organic Nicaraguan and Guatemalan espresso beans to produce one of the best artisanal coffee experiences in the area and are backed with an incredible kitchen producing only from scratch food stuffs and bakery items.
Additionally, the property is an event destination with a sommelier-curated bar program available during service hours that allow for growth for each person that joins our team.
Green Acre is proud to offer benefits and above industry pay.
The ideal candidate would have 1 year in a high-volume coffee concept and would be available Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons. We are hiring for full-time and part-time team members.

Understand and assess functional/business and technical requirements and identify gaps/risks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+
Pursuing a Master of Public Health, PhD, or equivalent degree or 3-4 years of experience in research, public health, human rights, or a related field.
Good typing skills (at least 40wpm). 2 years customer service experience, healthcare industry experience a plus. Physically capable of multiple 30-pound lifts.
