Responsibilities:

• Accurately take food and drink orders from customers
• Deliver food and drinks to customers promptly
• Be sociable and friendly towards customers
• Become familiar with menu and help drive sales by making food recommendations to customers
• Have good communication skills with other people, particularly other servers and staff and customers
• Wear appropriate attire for the work environment

• Mix alcoholic beverages
• Be knowledgeable of bar products and prices
• Know laws regarding the serving of alcohol
• Ensure that stocks are sufficient before service to ensure smooth service flow
