Who are we looking for?

• Able to work weekdays and weekends (a must), we offer flexible schedule.
• A team player working together to create great first and last impressions.
• Greet passengers upon flight arrival/departure and direct to appropriate transportation - buses, taxis, car rentals etc.
• Offer lost luggage assistance in conjunction with airlines.
• Meet and greet guests, assist with airport process, luggage tags, documents, etc.
• Able to resolve guest concerns or escalate to appropriate area.
• Good customer service skills a must.
• A well-groomed, friendly, and professional etiquette in accordance with brand standards.
• Candidate must enjoy working in a diverse environment with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
