Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 5+ years of successful business management experience at a branch or other individual profit center, with profit and loss responsibility
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and proven sales and customer service success
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• Effective leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls
• Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful
• High level of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all aspects of the business
• Strong Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge would be a plus
• Ability to learn to operate a forklift

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Pay: $49,000.00 - $78,500.00 per year
