Business Development Manager / Producer:

• A minimum of 3 years proven success in business-to-business sales.
• Must have a competitive personality with ability to prospect, solicit and close new accounts while maintaining a book of business.
• Enjoys working independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required while listening and problem solving.
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry with an active P&C License a plus.
• Bachelors Degree highly preferred.
