OVERVIEW

The Business Intelligence Intern will help support the Data Strategy team within the Data Cloud business unit. The role will help support the team as we build out new Agile Intelligence (data intelligence combining client 1st party data + Zeta Data Cloud attributes) capabilities across customer, market, competitor and media insights.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data validation and QA of dashboards and queries
• Enhance automation of manual processes
• Develop documentation of key processes
• Enhance data visualization capabilities and "storytelling" narratives
• Help uncover unique insights from raw attributes
• Support development of data derivates to continuously enhance data enrichment capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Understanding of statistical concepts
• Understanding of data querying tools and concepts (i.e. excel, SQL, etc.)

SUMMER 2023 INTERNSHIP INFO

• Real-world, hands on experience in the marketing technology industry (80% of work in internship role and 20% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
• In-Person in either New York City, San Francisco or Nashville offices (2-3 days in the office)
• June 5th through August 18th (10 weeks)
• $20/hour for up to 40 hours per week
• Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
• Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta
