Location: Topeka, Kansas
Contract Terms: Full Time
THE JOB
We administer pharmacy benefits nationwide. We provide an exceptional level of service to all of our clients and patients and are looking for someone to join our support team. The job requires a willingness to learn about pharmacy benefits, work closely with a team, and have a dedication to a high level of service to your co-workers as well as our clients, patients and providers.
Dependability is crucial to being part of our team. This is an in-office job. We have a culture of accountability, service and support. We take care of our clients and each other!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Learning about pharmacy benefits and healthcare.
- Providing support to patients, providers and clients about pharmacy benefits.
- Documentation is key to our excellent service.
- Working closely with the other team members on all aspects of service.
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Dependability. This is an in-office position.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Ability to follow company procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
