SUMMARY Cage Cashiers are responsible for completing various financial transactions for our guests, balancing bank drawers and completing paperwork accurately at the end of the shift. ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION: • Accurately balances money received and disbursed as well as assigned bank drawer (averaging $100,000). • Provides outstanding positive guest service. • Pays out large jackpots. • Checks for mutilated currency and prepares it for return to the bank. • Performs check-cashing services. • Redeems coupons, coins, chips and tokens for coin and/or cash for guests. • Redeems foreign currency, computing accurate exchange rates. • Redeems and validates EZ Pay tickets. • Operates basic machinery used to process currency, such as: jet sort, bill counter and calculator • Use of check cashing software, guest information database, ATM software, Title 31 compliance software and various other approved applications. • Observant of unusual guest activities and how to report it properly COMPETENCIES • Willingness to assist other cage cashiers when help is needed • High level of accuracy and thoroughness • Effective verbal and written communications • Ability to create reports and keep accurate records • Understanding of company/business needs • Attentive to guests needs EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: • Previous money handling experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.50 per hour
