Job Summary: Full-time

Department Description: Santiam Hospital medical clinics have a network of 13 clinics across 8 specialties.We are an ever growing, progressive, up-to-date health care facility, who truly cares about their staff.

Compensation: DOE, Starting at $25.00 hr

Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day business operations.

Staff evaluation.

Revenue Cycle – coordinate with billing department, understand reporting and work to maintain established benchmarks.

Work with Clinic Director to implement and maintain Medical Home, MIPS and other compliance, accreditation and quality standards.

Promote culture of grow

Clinic liaison to other hospital departments.

Promote a welcoming and healthy work environment for all staff

Oversee customer service and adherence to standards, representing the clinic appropriately to the community.

Qualification/Education/Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a clinic supervisor including revenue cycle and staff management responsibilities.

Primary Care experience preferred.

Full knowledge of Billing Revenue Cycle.

Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational skills.
