The Professional Group is Seeking a Temporary position of Analyst GSA (Continuous Improvement Intern) to join us for our client LATAM Group, located in Miami International Airport.

The mission of this position, is to lead continuous improvement initiatives within the North America commercial organization. Responsible of defining, designing, and implementing improvements to cross-functional processes that result in revenues increase, service level improvement, and efficiencies.

Main responsibilities:

· Define and implement action plans to improve billing accuracy, and therefore minimize billing rejections done by customers. Action plans include and are not limited to (i) improving rate management processes by account executives, (ii) conducting periodic review of billing performance and defining root-cause solutions, (iii) re-defining incentive schemes for account executives, among others.

· Define and implement improvement actions to the quotation process in order to reduce response times to our customers and achieve higher performance visibility (quotation times and quotation competitiveness).

· Prepare material and deliver trainings of new and existing processes to account executives.

· Develop excel tools in order to streamline periodic tasks done by account executives.

· Document new and existing processes and make them easily available for the commercial team.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Proficiency in English and Spanish.

· Experience within the air cargo industry is preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
