We are looking for a Creative Designer who is extraordinary in brand storytelling across mediums and building fluid design systems. The ideal candidate is driven by concepts, strategic thinker who can deliver top-tier creative solutions, obsessed with design patterns and typography, and is dialed into current cultural trends. They understand the necessary marriage of brand creative and design that optimizes for conversion, yet they seek solutions that break the existing molds. Under the direction of the Creative Director, this Creative Designer should feel very comfortable leading projects and design teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. They will actively participate in and lead ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas, from storyboard to final production, for key creative across the brand ecosystem. They should also have a strong understanding of printed materials and production techniques—including packaging, publication, mailers, in-store displays, and experiential design.

Key Result Areas

• Support the Senior Creative Director in managing the creative output for the Bank, customer segments, distribution channels, and cross-medium channels as the internal agency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team as a whole and cross functional stakeholders to execute on innovative, integrated solutions, as well as lead ideation and working sessions.
• Work from concept to completion on all visual touchpoints of new product launches and campaigns.
• Drive concept and execution of both print and digital creative around new product launches, brand initiatives + partner collaborations, web, social media channels, in-branch, and experiential for the brand to support product, marketing, and business objectives.
• Support and execute strategy and creative application across multiple projects at once.
• Identify brand development opportunities and implement strategic insights.
• Maintain deadlines, deliveries, and communication to internal and external partners.
• Attend any required / necessary press checks for print work.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web, as well as with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
• Strong analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail.
• Comfortable working across many different platforms while building consistency (e.g., digital, web, motion, branding, art direction and experiential).
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
