Pete’s Greens is a four season organic farm growing 100 acres outdoor veggies and nearly 6 acres in greenhouse veggies. The farm is located in Craftsbury, VT. Pete’s Greens delivers weekly CSA shares (veggie and local food subscriptions) to members in 25 locations across north-central Vermont. We need someone to help pack our CSA shares!

We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented team player to join our CSA packing team.

This work happens on TUESDAYS year round at our Craftsbury farm. Additional hours may be available Monday washing and packing vegetables.

Duties include counting items for CSA, reading signs and box labels that list items to be packed, and carefully and accurately pack veggie and non veggie CSA shares each week. This work happens within a packing line and with the same dedicated CSA Team that packs all our CSA shares each week.

Requirements

• Good basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Great work ethic, high energy
• Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lb crates of vegetables
• This is a part-time, year round position.
