In order to meet the demand of our growing clientele and expanded offerings, we are looking to fill both part time and full time Customer Experience Specialist positions.

About you: You have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. You are a well-organized person who is principally driven, and are urgent about your work. You have great interpersonal skills, you like people and make friends easily. You’re generally a happy person and having a great attitude comes easy for you. You’re punctual, used to meeting deadlines and an excellent communicator, in person, on the phone and via email. You prefer a fast past environment, you’re creative and consider yourself a problem solver.

Summary of Job duties

· Greet customers with a smile and excellent attitude

· Become fluent with our MIS system

· Become familiar with our products and services

· Communicate in person, on the phone and via email

· Create estimates

· Close out transactions

· Keep workstation clean and tidy

· Own your projects and follow through

· Work as a team member

· Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Hours of operation: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. WEEKENDS OFF!
