Our valued distribution partner in Batavia, IL is looking for an outgoing Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team.

What will you be responsible for as the Inside Sales Representative?

• Handle incoming calls from existing and prior customers
• Make outbound calls from customer lead list
• Discuss product lines and product details with customers
• Enter new customer orders
• Upsell customers on new products or additional products

Who qualifies for the Inside Sales Representative role?

• Candidates with at least 1 year of inside sales experience and/or customer support experience
• Candidates who can enter information into a computer system
• Candidates who are comfortable talking on the phone for 8 hours per day

How much will you earn as the Inside Sales Rep?

• $20-24/hr. base pay, based on experience
• This position qualifies for monthly commission (on average customer service reps earn $500 per month in bonus/commission)

What hours will you work as the Inside Sales Rep?

• Monday - Friday
• No weekends
• 9 AM - 5 PM shift available
• OT available, based on business needs
