What you will be doing:

• Handle telephone inquiries and take orders over the phone
• Data entry
• Provide inside support to sales representatives
• Help resolve any customer issues regarding their account
• Process credits and exchanges
• Collection of Accounts Receivables
• Welcome all "walk-in" customers

The chosen individual will possess strong personal skills and have a professional and pleasant telephone manner. The successful candidate is a strong team player and capable of working independently. They enjoy dealing with people and resolving problems.
