Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

Woolf is looking for pleasant and service minded individuals. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the first contact with our customers. You will help customers with orders by answering questions regarding our product lines, delivery schedules as well as provide quotes / pricing. In addition to working with our customers, you will also serve as support to our outsides sales representatives.

Compensation is based on knowledge and experience.

Customer Service Representatives Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Highly organized, self sufficient and strong problem solving skills

· Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Knowledge in building materials with good mathematical skills

· Customer service experience required

· Ability to work in a high volume, multiple task environment

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
