JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Specialist will support our Mass Market and DTC customers. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with other team members to provide dependable and empathetic support that represents our values. We value your input and encourage you to contribute ideas for the improvement of our daily operations and customer-centered goals.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing email tickets, chat requests, inbound & outgoing call requests, social media messages and texts in a timely manner
• Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure shipping/tracking information is correct and available in a timely manner
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - you will sometimes be the "face" of our company
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction quickly and efficiently
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within an appropriate amount of time
• Take the extra mile to engage members

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary.
• Shows initiative and offers new ideas with a results-oriented approach.
• 2 or more years of customer support experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a very fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
