About the Role and Ideal Candidate

Seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a key government contract in the area of backup power systems and critical electrical infrastructure.

This role maximizes contract value through day-to-day customer management, job quoting, project management, procurement, logistics, invoicing, administrative support, and coordination of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Establish and maintain trust, becoming a trusted partner for our customers.
• Manage contract execution, client satisfaction, account profitability, client retention and growth.
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Field Service teams to perform projects on time, on schedule, and profitably.
• Create proposals for goods and services that leverage Field Service team recommendations and industry best practices.
• Manage contract files, modifications, extensions and contract compliance.
• Oversee the review, analysis, and processing field service reports (FSRs).
• Partner closely with TSS Sales and key suppliers.
• Provide secondary support to other team members in the performance of job duties, as required.

Requirements

• Required: be highly focused and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Required: have a passion for results and a winning outlook; demonstrate creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Required: excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and networking/collaboration abilities.
• Required: strong excel/data management skills, and competent in using business information and management systems including MS Office suite of products and CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Desired: understanding critical power and UPS systems desired. Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), PDUs, Generators, ATS, Rectifiers, Stationary Battery Systems, Remote Monitoring Equipment and Static Switches.
• Desired: familiarity one or more of the following UPS or Generator brands desired: Toshiba, Powervar, APC, Liebert, GE, Powerware, Mitsubishi, MGE, Cat, Generac, Cummins, etc. would be ideal.
• Desired: experience working with government and military contracts either as a contractor or on the government/customer side.
• Other: education in Business Administration, Project Management, Power Systems or relevant work experience in lieu-of.
• Other: must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Location

• This position can work remotely within the United States with travel to our Eden, UT offices for onboarding and other occasional travel for in-person meetings.

Travel <10%.

• Alternatively, local candidates or candidates interested in reolcation to beautiful Eden, UT can work on-site at Titan’s offices. Eden, Utah is thirty minutes from Ogden, 60 mins from Salt Lake City and the SLC International Airport.Benefits
