We are currently seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our thriving company. Initially, we will pair our new customer service representative amongst a team of elite customer service managers to ensure proper training and knowledge is provided to guarantee a successful opportunity with our firm. The Customer Support Agent will provide support and guidance to our potential new leads and our clientele. The Customer Support Agent will stay up to date on all promotional offerings provided by our clientele alongside any competitor's offerings throughout the local region.

Customer Support Agent Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential new leads on a day to day basis
• Meet with customers and explain the most suitable promotional package our client has that fits their needs
• Attend customer acquisition and sales meetings throughout the week to enhance their skillset and knowledge base of the client
• Work in a team of other customer service representatives to create optimal success for the client assigned
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and potential new leads by providing timely and professional service
• Track daily sales results of the team you are working with and submit results to management
• Network amongst other customer service representatives that are assigned the same client to advance your skillset

Customer Support Agent Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills; as meetings may be spearheaded by the top customer service representatives on our team
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a retail environment would be an asset for this role
• Entrepreneurial mind-set with a professional demeanor have been key components to successful customer service representatives in the past
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work within a team or individually

Pay for this role after completion of a paid training period is based on performance.
