HVAC Concepts, a leading Building Automation and Systems Integrator, has an exciting opportunity for Customer Support Representatives to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will be able to use their knowledge of the building operations and mechanical services industries to help maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot customers’ existing building integration systems.

This position is in our state-of-the-art 24/7 Monitoring and Operations Center in Frederick, MD.

We are primarily looking for the following shifts:

• 4pm to 12am
• 12am to 8am

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC industry experience
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision
• Quick learner Ability to focus in a dynamic environment

A typical day includes:

• Monitoring and managing equipment and building systems alarms
• Validate equipment/system alarms and create work orders in our system
• Maintaining and monitoring the performance of customer building automation systems by using our Facility Business Integration tools (FBI-365) to ensure proper operation of all systems
• Actively participating in shift turnover meetings
