This Data Analytics Consultant role with Associated Bank will work as part of our Business Intelligence team to design and fulfill multi-channel campaigns and programs with the marketing and sales teams. This person will:

• Develop and recommend test designs and measurement plans to maximize effectiveness and learning.
• Perform sales and marketing effectiveness analyses and provide regular communication of results, insights, and recommendations.
• Provide analytics required for sales and marketing goal setting.
• Conduct analyses utilizing complex data, visualization, artificial intelligence, and statistical applications and techniques across a broad range of subject areas including sales, marketing, product, customer, and digital and non-digital channels.
• Support analytic solutions and statistical models which monitor and assess customer, competition, and market patterns and trends, and then utilize insights to inform planning, forecasting, analyses, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Economics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related degree. Required
• Experience
  • Experience in database marketing, marketing analytics, market research, or data analytics. Required
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, and Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools. Required

This role can also be hired as a Senior Data Analytics Consultant based on experience.
