Position: Data and Applications Assistant

Job Description

The following applicable skills are essential for a candidate to be successful in this position:

• Understanding of the accounting structure of entities that have approved State Fiscal Recovery Funds projects.
• Vetting financial budgets and key performance indicator metrics prior to the final approval of an SFRF project.
• Setting up financial and key performance indicator reporting in PRO’s PowerBI dashboard after an project receives final approval.
• Work with Grants Management Office (GMO) for the incorporation of SFRF projects into the State’s Grants Management System.
• Maintaining various reports, such as the Planned Expenditure Remaining Report, for posting to the SharePoint on at least a monthly basis.
• Collecting and cleaning of monthly financial and key performance indicators data for reporting to internal and external constituencies and insure the monthly upload of relevant data to PRO’s Transparency Portal.
• Support the quarterly U.S. Treasury reporting process by working with GMO to ensure the accuracy of the data to be reported and the data’s proper formatting.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain the project performance reporting package for the Director of Administration and the Governor’s Office.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Data entry: 5 years (Preferred)
