Inpatient Weekend Occupational Therapist

Hourly Rate: $60.00/hr

Status: Per Diem

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm, two Saturday's a month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license, or, if working in West Virginia, a West Virginia license or privileges is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Maintain compliance in RQI.

Responsibilities:

• Completes therapy evaluations based on diagnostic and prognostic testing methods.
• Independently provides treatment modalities and techniques in a safe and effective manner according to departmental policy and procedures.
• Demonstrates effective teaching skills.
• Completes documentation in a thorough and professional manner and in accordance with all policies, procedures, and in compliance with HFAP standards.
• Collaborates with other providers to facilitate the optimal outcome for each patient.
• Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

This position is patient facing and/or requires close interaction with other employees, or other factors that would compel mandatory vaccinations unless otherwise approved for a medical or religious exemption.
