Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the voice, video, and data networks.
• Help with the installation, enhancement, upgrading, and repair of equipment.
• Ensure that all systems are running smoothly.
• Consult with system administrators and network managers to solve problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• must have a laptop, Cisco console cable, Putty and Cisco Webex installed on their machine.
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• replace the 4 existing Cisco 3750 switches with a 9300 and 4 possibly 3, 9200 series units
