Job Description :
In this role, you will help to maintain data to support the Sales Credit process by using MS Office (mostly Excel) and other supporting applications to verify Loan Originators place of work.
- Reconcile Sales Credit Exceptions (loans that do not automatically map as part of the daily process) to enhance automated loan mapping algorithm.
- Collaborate with Sales Force Action Line team to have new branches set-up and contacts created to support Sales Credit process.
- Use MS Excel to maintain spreadsheet to ensure contacts are added for mapping program.
- Maintain the Sales Credit SOP as changes arise.
- Assist Sales Force Action Line with Loan to Contact exception process.
- Assist team with other miscellaneous tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- 3 years of data entry experience
- Attention to detail would make this person successful
