Independent and locally owned dialysis clinic seeking a full time Nurse Manager.

Nurse Manager Expectations:

• Manage staff and programs of the renal dialysis department
• Coordinate daily operations of dialysis services (24 stations)
• Monitor standards and guidelines for dialysis treatment
• Ensure all documentation is completed and audited regularly
• Lead staff professional development programs
• Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• 1-2+ years' experience.
• Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse License
• Licensed in New York
• 1-2+ years of experience managing a dialysis practice
