This dialysis unit is located in:

• La Grange, Kentucky within Kentucky State Reformatory

This dialysis unit operates:

• Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 4:30am-5pm

As in any setting, this involves teamwork and coordinating care with the health care team. In addition to the healthcare team, you are also required to maintain strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with clients (site Managed Healthcare, DOC/BOP, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited RN Program.
• Current RN License for Kentucky & current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
• One year of Hemodialysis RN experience is required.
