Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for the coordinating shed deliveries for Dakota Shed Haulers. This position will require organized communication by phone and email with customers and truckers regarding shipment schedules and logistics. This individual must be highly accountable for shed transportation from routes to dispatch documentation. This position will report directly to the owner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare transportation and dispatching documents
• Communicate with customers regarding shipping details and delivery dates
• Plan routes and route changes as needed to ensure on time delivery
• Scheduling drivers to make deliveries and collect shipments
• Filing and document organization
• Maintain records of calls, routes, pickup/delivery times
• May be responsible for moving sheds as needed (not required)

Qualifications:

• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to demonstrate phone and email etiquette
• Strong customer service skills
• Independent problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Solid computer skills

Education and/or Experience:

• Two-years of relevant industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
