Life Alert is currently seeking dedicated entry-level Receptionists and Customer Service Representatives for our Encino, California call center. These are full-time, entry-level positions for which you will be fully-trained.

CALL CENTER RECEPTIONIST

• Day Shift Receptionist (7am - 3:30pm)
• Swing Shift Receptionist (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Day Shift Customer Service Representative (9am-5:30pm)
• Swing Shift Customer Service Representative (3:00pm to 11:30pm)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required

COMPENSATION (DEPENDING ON WORK HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE)

• Starting at $18.00 Per Hour

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid keyboarding skills - Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge and skill in Google Docs or Microsoft Office is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Subject to background check and fingerprinting
