We are looking for an experienced construction estimator with 7 or more years experience in commercial construction estimating working for a general contractor. Experience must include project management. Our ideal candidate is an experienced estimator who has a history of working on a variety of diverse projects and has proven their ability to organize estimating teams, and estimate work according to established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Create new ways to improve the accuracy of construction estimates.
• Meet with building managers to discuss estimates.
• Meet with contractors and building workers to discuss estimates.
• Create work breakdown structures for new projects.
• Manage certain projects as lead project manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $97,863.00 - $101,286.00 per year
