Executive Assistant to CEO

We are currently recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant for CEO of The Kupin
Group, Jacob Kupin. The EA will be working daily with Jacob assisting with a variety of tasks. Due to the constant change of pace in the work environment, the EA has initiative with problem solving, is responsive, super organized, has great follow-up and excellent communication skills.

This is a full time position with expected hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with the potential for occasional Saturdays and the flexibility to respond to texts and some requests out of hours. The EA will be in the office working with Jacob and the team, however there is some flexibility for remote work. Jacob is looking for someone with a great sense of humor and a calm demeanor, who is also a professional. Our team is built with a fun atmosphere; collaboration and accountability are some of our key components. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile, to think proactively, and initiate problem solving independently. This position requires you to be fully responsible for your work and welcome the opportunity to learn and improve.

Job Description

• Able to actively brainstorm; be an active listener and a functioning participant in conversations.

• Clear, open and honest communication
• Proficient in researching abilities including ability to summarize details for review
• Critical thinking skills
• Track progress on projects, ideas and assignments, including taking the lead when necessary
• Calendar management skills including scheduling upcoming meetings and events-both personal and team related; and keep track of and remind Jacob of important tasks and deadlines.

• Monitor, respond and organize emails
• Constant communication via phone call, text, email, iMessage, and Slack
• Create and maintain accurate documents and records
• Plan travel, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation as well as social events sponsored by the Kupin Group

Qualifications

• Ready for a fast paced and ever changing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of personalities/situations.
• Strong sense of initiative and responsibility to complete tasks with minimal supervision, with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Tech savvy with a clear understanding of Google Suite or Microsoft Office

• Must be able to commute to and from Nashville, TN and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
