Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
• Registers new patients, provides necessary paperwork and ensures all required documents are completed by the patient.
• Performs necessary duties associated with checking patients in and out.
• Monitors the schedules regularly, adjusts the schedule as necessary and reschedules patients as needed.
• Calls patients the day before reminding them of a scheduled appointments time.
• Uses a computer, fax to transmit information or documents when request.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance.
• Support dental assistants when needed.
• Salary will be based on experience.
• Dentrix Ascend experience a plus.
• 2 or more years of experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
