Job Description :
- Train staff to review, address and resolve guest’s complaints and comments
- Communicate to all other departments
- Supervise staff of other departments when necessary
- Document patterns in front desk productivity, quality and revenue to Innkeeper
- Improve the department operations
- Prepare schedule and assignments
- Conduct department meetings
- Performs front desk duties
- High School education required.
- 2 – 4 years of supervisor experience in a similar position, preferred
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, preferred
