PROPERTY ASSOCIATE - COMMERCIAL DIVISION

Job Summary:
The Property Associate is a support position that provides administrative and operational support to the Assistant Vice President, Regional Manager, and/or Property Manager for assigned property portfolio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedules vendor repairs with tenants as needed.
• Tracks tenant insurance certificates and request new/revised certificates as needed. File appropriately.
• Tracks vendor insurance certificates and request new/revised certificates as needed. File appropriately.
• Completes information requests from Lord Green.
• Updates Energy Star information monthly.
• Prepares and mails rent statements.
• Prepares tenant survey reports.
• Organizes electronic filing system.
• Tracks and schedules backflow certification.
• Tracks and follows up as necessary on business licenses.
• Assists with vouchering expenses when needed.
• Prepares letters and notices to tenants.
• Prepares vendor service agreements.
• Tracks AQMD permits.
• Updates and creates new procedure manuals as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• At least four years of related experience and an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and/or Yardi accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs.

Salary range is $30.29-$37.50/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
