Are you friendly with a great smile! Bozeman Oral Surgery & Implant Center is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Front Office) to add to our wonderful team! This is a full-time position with many benefits!

Responsibilities:

· Meet and greet each patient

· Communicate with referring offices for necessary paperwork

· Prepare patient charts daily

· Scheduling

· Utilization of Oral Surgery software for compliant documentation

· Conduct end-of-day closing

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in dental or medical office necessary

· Familiar with HIPAA

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills

· Provide friendly & courteous patient care

· Outgoing, self-starting, hard working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
