• Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll returns for both Fed and State
• Calculate net payroll and deductions for clients' employees (ADP and Paychex)
• Make monthly and/or quarterly payments for Sales Tax Use, Payroll, CBT, PTE, and individual income tax
• Collect client bank and credit card statements, invoices, and documents and enter transactions into QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank accounts and run trial balances, enter journal entries, and prepare monthly and/or quarterly financial statements and tax returns
• Review financial statements and provide final reports to CPA and/or Clients
• Maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and GL structure
• Work closely with CPA and staff accountants and provide status updates
• Respond to client inquiries and provide copies of financial documents, etc.
• Train clients on QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Compensation is based on years of experience (3-5 years experience preferred)
• PUBLIC ACCOUNTING experience preferred
• Entertainment industry experience a plus
• XCM/CCH Access a plus
