Rocky Mountain Exteriors is a rapidly growing roofing, solar, painting, and exteriors company based in Denver, Colorado. We are currently looking for a Full Time Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Compensation: Base annual salary of $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 plus commissions and bonuses. Average first year sales rep will earn between $90,000.00 and $110,000.00 per year including salary, commissions and bonuses.

Major Responsibilities of this Position Include:

• Inspecting and estimating residential roofing, solar and painting projects. (Candidates must be comfortable with heights and using a ladder to inspect roofs when necessary)
• Developing personal relationships with customers through the sales process and throughout the completion of their project
• Lead generation: Sales reps will have the opportunity to sell leads sourced by the overall company as well as leads sourced by the sales rep themselves. You will have the opportunity to source leads through developing and maintaining relationships with business referral partners (such as insurance agencies and relators) and through a minor door to door commitment of ten to fifteen hours per week.
