This is a part time weekend position. Saturday and Sunday 7 am till 3 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service
• Check-in Visitors
• Log in all construction vehicles (if applicable)
• Greet all residents
• Monitor building, Parking lot, and pool areas
• Patrol Property and issue citations
• Complete Daily Activity Reports, Logbook entries, Incidents, and all relevant reports related to job assignment
• Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations
• respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
• Monitor cameras or equipment in a continuous manner
• Being diligent to report any suspicious activity and investigate accidents and criminal acts
